The apartment has a light and airy feel (generous 92 sq meters in size) and comprises of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds, second twin bedroom, family bathroom, fully equipped fitted kitchen, utility room, attractive lounge with a dining area and a large sun terrace.

There is a communal swimming pool and landscaped garden area and ample parking space with own private underground parking access via remote controlled gates. The basement garage has a large storage room ideal for storing golf clubs, etc.

Our home is managed by a local management team and is regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

There is a newly opened supermarket in Alenda. Apparently it is very well stocked and reasonably priced with all that you would need whilst staying for a holiday, including fresh bread, fresh meat and vegetables, frozen section, newspapers and alcohol.

The opening hours are 8.30am-2pm then 4.30pm-8.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-2pm on Sundays.


There is a newly built 3 storey clubhouse and restaurant within 3 minutes walking distance of the apartment.
